Vic-Tours Sport Fishing Flamingo was born from the passion and perseverance of Don Víctor, who rose from humble beginnings in Costa Rica’s restaurants to become a respected captain in international sport fishing tournaments. With decades of experience at sea and as a naturalist guide on land, he built a company known for professionalism, warmth, and a deep respect for nature.
